Earning his doctorate in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University in 2026, he developed Cultural Current Theory, drawing on decades of leadership, institutional research, and firsthand experience navigating race, power, identity, and organizational change.
Nicole is a multi-hyphenate talent — actress, model, recording artist, and TikTok influencer. She's the host of her own talk show, The Nicole Aladrian Show, also heard on the He Said She Said podcast. Nicole often moonlights on The Ant Taylor Show, bringing her signature relationship and real-life talk to listeners.
Rebecca serves as both the Social Media Manager and Call Screener for The Ant Taylor Show. She manages the show's online presence by creating content, engaging with listeners, and promoting episodes across social media platforms.
