Last updated: November 1, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.anttaylorshow.com/ (the "Site"), operated by The Ant Taylor Show ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site to browse content related to The Ant Taylor Show, listen to episodes, view artist features, submit music, send voice messages, contact us, and purchase merchandise where available. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site.
If you submit music, audio, photos, or other content to us through the Site (including via the submission form or voice messages), you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to submit it, and you grant us permission to listen to, review, and, at our discretion, feature, play, or discuss that content as part of The Ant Taylor Show, including on-air, on our website, and across our social media and affiliate platforms. Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be played, featured, or used in any way, and we are not obligated to provide feedback or a response to every submission.
When submitting content or communicating with us through the Site, you agree not to submit anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing on someone else's intellectual property rights, or that you do not have the right to share. We reserve the right to remove or decline to use any submission at our discretion.
Where merchandise is available for purchase through the Site, additional details such as pricing, shipping costs, and order status will be presented at checkout. Online payment processing is not currently active on the Site; if you place an order, we will follow up directly to arrange payment. Once online payments are enabled, these Terms will be updated to reflect the applicable payment terms. All sales, once payment is processed, are subject to our standard return and exchange practices, which will be made available separately as the store develops.
The Site and its original content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and design, are the property of The Ant Taylor Show or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission, except as necessary to normally view and use the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as streaming platforms or social media, that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Site's content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ant Taylor Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
